Request inbox

• Filter, Sort & Group — the three toolbar buttons in the request inbox are now fully functional. Filter by priority, product type, corporate, assignee, OBT provider, or SLA breach; sort by any column; group into sections by lifecycle, corporate, assignee, or priority. Your preferences persist across reloads.
• Two new lifecycle buckets — "Approval" (amber, for requests where a corporate booking-approval is still pending after the customer accepted) and "Ready to book" (cyan, for requests the customer approved and you just need to book). The full lifecycle rail is now: New → Pre-approval → Quoting → Approval → Ready to book → Booked → Completed.
• Corporate rail filter — clicking a corporate in the left rail scopes the inbox to that client. Click again to clear.
• Refresh button — circular-arrow icon next to the search bar reloads the list without a full page reload.

Request workspace

• Ask Customer — select missing or low-confidence fields in the AI Completion banner and click "Ask Customer". AI drafts a tone-matched clarification email pre-filled into the reply composer. The page switches to the Communications tab automatically so the draft is immediately visible.
• Reassign from the page — a new "Assigned to" card at the top of the left context column lets you reassign to any agent without leaving the request.
• Change corporate — re-link a request to a different corporate directly from the request detail page.
• Refresh button — reload all request data (quotes, threads, tasks, notes, timeline) on demand.
• Workload intensity badge — colour-coded indicator (green / amber / red) showing how complex this request is, based on AI scoring of inbound messages.

Messages inbox

• Auto-refresh — the inbox refreshes automatically every 60 seconds. No more missing new emails until you manually hit refresh. Pauses when the tab is in the background; fires an immediate catch-up on return.
• "Synced X ago" label — always shows when the inbox was last updated ("Synced just now" → "Synced at 14:32").
• g keyboard shortcut — press g anywhere in Messages to refresh manually. Full shortcut list: j/↓ next, k/↑ previous, Enter/o open, r reply, g refresh, Esc close, ? show shortcuts.
• Classify non-travel emails as travel — if AI misclassified an email, click the classification chip to correct it. You can then link it to a trip.
