• Browse your dashboard with stats, upcoming trips, and quick actions
• View your request inbox
• Open a request and approve, reject, or request changes
• See a booking summary after approval

Mobile-specific pages

The mobile experience reuses your data but presents it differently. Four pages are mobile-only layouts of the same flows:

• Mobile Dashboard (/mobile-corporate-dashboard) — welcome banner, quick actions, pending approvals card, upcoming trips card. One-column layout.
• Mobile Request Inbox (/mobile-request-inbox) — vertical list of requests with status pills, swipe-friendly hit areas.
• Mobile Request Detail (/mobile-request-detail) — stacked cards (travelers → trip → quote → action buttons). Approve/Reject buttons full-width at the bottom.
• Mobile Booking Summary (/mobile-booking-summary) — once a trip is approved and booked, a single-page summary you can pull up at the airport.

Walkthrough — approve a quote on your phone

1. Open https://app.getvairo.com on your phone. Sign in (Microsoft SSO works the same way as on desktop).
2. Land on the Mobile Dashboard.
3. The Pending Approvals card lists what needs your decision.
