Note: The Roles & Permissions tab and the Roles Overview section are only available to agencies on standard product plans. If your agency is configured for Quote Builder mode, these sections are not shown.

When to come back to this page

• A new admin joins and needs Admin-level access — promote their role here.
• An agent leaves the agency — disable their account here. (Don't delete; you'll lose attribution on their past requests.)
• A teammate needs the invitation resent — re-send from this page rather than re-inviting (avoids duplicate accounts).
