What you can do here

• Manually trigger a sync from Umbrella Faces for a specific corporate
• See progress while the sync runs
• Review what changed: new and updated billing entities, travelers, policies

Layout — the sync modal

The modal has three states:

• Initial — shows “Last synced: {date}” and a Start Sync button.
• Syncing — animated progress bar with the current step (“Importing travelers… 65%”). Cancel is disabled mid-sync.
• Complete — summary of what synced:
  • Billing Entities — count + +N new badge.
  • Travelers — count + +N new + M updated.
  • Policies — count + change-type badge.
  • Synced just now timestamp.
  • Done button closes the modal.

Walkthrough — run a manual sync

1. Open Corporate Detail for the corporate you want to refresh.
2. Find the Umbrella Faces section. Click Sync now.
3. The modal opens. Read Last synced to confirm you’re on the right corporate.
4. Click Start Sync.
5. Watch the progress bar. Don’t close the modal — sync runs in the foreground.
