What you can do here

• See other agents who currently have the same request open in their extension or webapp
• See what each is doing (viewing, building a quote, sending a message)
• Decide whether to step back or coordinate

How it works

Whenever you open a request — in the extension or the webapp request workspace — Vairo registers your presence on that request. If anyone else is also on it, a banner appears showing their avatar and a short activity label (“Maria is building a quote”).

Presence is soft: there’s no lock. You can both work on the same request at the same time. The banner is an awareness tool, not a gate.

Walkthrough — handle a collision

1. You open request RQ-1234 in the extension. The presence banner shows: “Maria is also viewing this request”.
2. Click Maria’s avatar to see what she’s doing right now.
3. Decide:
   • Step back — close the request and pick a different one from the inbox.
   • Coordinate — message Maria in your team chat (“I’ll handle the hotel quote; you keep going on the flight”).
   • Carry on — if the work is independent (e.g. you’re adding notes, she’s building a quote), continue.
4. Once Maria closes the request, her avatar disappears from the banner.

Tips

• Presence is per-request, not per-corporate. Two agents working different requests for the same corporate don’t see each other.
