Walkthrough — set a default origin

1. Open Settings → Trip Defaults.
2. In the Default place of origin card:
   • Air origin — type a city or airport code (e.g. Brussels or BRU); pick from the autocomplete dropdown.
   • Rail origin — same but for rail (e.g. Brussels-Midi).
3. Use the clear (×) button if you want to wipe a value rather than replace it.
4. Click Save changes at the bottom.

Tips

• The defaults apply only when a request is missing an origin. They don’t override an origin the traveler explicitly stated.
• Most useful for agencies whose corporates are headquartered in one city — set the HQ as default. For multi-city agencies, leave defaults blank and let agents fill the origin on each request.
• Changes apply to new requests only. Existing requests aren’t backfilled.
