What you can do here

• Verify every traveler on a single upcoming trip is document-ready
• See per-traveler status (Ready / Warning / Blocked)
• Identify the specific failing document (e.g. “Passport expires before trip return date”)
• Send a chase email or upload a document on behalf of the traveler

Layout

• Trip header — route, dates, traveler count.
• Travelers section — one row per traveler:
  • Avatar + name + nationality flag and passport country.
  • Per-document checks (passport validity, visa, ESTA, health).
  • Aggregate status pill (Ready / Warning / Blocked).
• Action buttons at the bottom — typical actions are export the readiness report and email the travelers.

Walkthrough — verify a trip

1. Open the Pre-trip Compliance dashboard.
2. Click a trip card with a Warning or Expiring badge — the ones that need attention.
3. The Trip Compliance Check page loads with one row per traveler.
4. Scan each row:
   • Green pill = Ready, all documents valid.
   • Amber pill = at least one warning (expiry within margin, missing optional doc).
   • Red pill = blocked (missing or expired required doc).
5. For each blocked or warning traveler:
   • Click into their row to see the specific issue.
   • Use the row’s actions to email them or upload the document yourself.
