What you can do here
- See every active request across all your corporates in one list
- Filter by lifecycle stage (New, Awaiting pre-approval, Quoting, Approval, Ready to book, Booked, Completed)
- Search by traveler, destination, corporate, request ID, or any text in the request
- Filter, sort, and group the list using the toolbar buttons
- Multi-select rows to bulk-assign, set status, or email
- Open a request to start working on it (request workspace)
- Export the visible list
Note: The Request Inbox is part of the standard Vairo product. Agents whose agency operates in QuoteBuilder mode are redirected to the QuoteBuilder dashboard (/cq-dashboard) and do not have access to this page.

Layout at a glance
The page has three regions:
- Left rail — saved filter views (Views, Lifecycle, Corporates). Click any item to scope the inbox. Drag the right edge of the rail to resize it; your preferred width is saved automatically.
- Top KPI strip — five live counters: Open, Overdue SLA, Awaiting quote, Pending approval, Avg. response. Each shows a sparkline trend.
- Main list — the requests themselves, with sticky search bar, filter chips, and grouped rows.

Walkthrough — find and open a request
