Your TMC sent options for your trip. Here’s how to read what they sent and pick what works.

What you can do here

• Read the cover note your TMC included
• Compare options side by side
• See each option’s variants (e.g. Economy vs Business)
• Read price conditions (refundability, change fees)
• Pick the option you prefer

Layout — what the customer quote page shows

• Header — your agency’s branding (logo, colours).
• Cover note — a personal message from your TMC agent.
• Options — one card per option. Each shows the trip summary (flight numbers, hotel name, etc.), price, and key conditions.
• Variants within an option — shown side-by-side if there’s more than one (e.g. Economy vs Premium Economy on the same flight). Each variant shows its own price + conditions.
• Sustainability section (if your corporate has carbon tracking enabled) — CO₂ emissions for each option.
• Visa & entry requirements (if Sherpa integration is on for your TMC) — a “Check entry requirements” link.
