- Build multi-flight quotes with leg-based combinations (outbound × inbound pricing matrices)
- Edit fare variants per option (base, taxes, fees, change/cancel rules, baggage)
- Pick a cover-note template and AI-tone-match it to the customer's last reply
- Send the quote to the customer in their language, or duplicate / expire / delete it
- Track activity, customer selection, internal notes, and message thread in the right rail

Before you start
A quote belongs to a request. To create a quote, open the request workspace and click New quote. This page only opens once a quote already exists.
The richest option-creation path is via the Chrome extension on an Amadeus page (Quote tab). Use this page's Add option modal when the source isn't a GDS — e.g. hotels from Booking.com, cars from a supplier extranet, or a manually negotiated rate.

Layout
The page is split into three vertical regions, top to bottom:
- Breadcrumb + header card — "Requests › Request › Quote", followed by the quote reference, status badge (Draft / Sent / Accepted / Expired / etc.), route, and a meta strip: number of options, total, valid-until, cover-note template, output language. The right side has the primary Send quote button and a
⋮ menu (Preview as customer · Duplicate quote · Mark as expired · Delete quote).
- Options list (left column of the two-column body) — every option, each option expandable to show variants. Multi-flight quotes also show a Combinations & pricing section below the list.
- Activity panel (right column) — four cards: Customer selection (visible once the customer picks one), Internal notes, Activity timeline, and Messages with a "View all / reply" link to the request's message thread.
