What you can do here

• Build a library of cover-note messages your agents can attach to outbound quotes
• Use {{variable}} placeholders that auto-fill from the linked trip (traveler, destination, dates, trip ID)
• Preview a cover note against any real trip ID — see both the rendered original and the AI tone-matched version
• Edit or delete existing cover notes
• Autosave drafts in your browser so you never lose a half-written template

Layout

A single-column list. Each card shows the cover note’s name and a 3-line snippet of the body. Hovering a card reveals Edit and Delete icons.

Click New Cover Note (top-right) or Edit to open the editor modal. The modal has:

• Name — internal label agents pick from when sending a quote.
• Message — the plain-text body, with {{variable}} placeholders.
• Variable palette — click any chip to insert that token at the cursor.
• Live preview (edit mode only) — render the template against a real trip ID, showing the original and the AI tone-matched / translated output side-by-side.
