What you can do here
- Maintain a library of price-condition templates per product (Flights, Hotels, Cars, Trains)
- Each template captures: refundability, change fee, change cutoff, cancellation rules, deadlines
- Apply templates to quote variants in the Chrome extension — one click instead of re-typing every condition
Layout
- Page header — title + New Template button.
- Filter tabs — All / Flights / Hotels / Cars / Trains.
- Template list — each card shows the template name, product type, and a summary of conditions.
Walkthrough — create a flight refund template
- Open Settings → Price Conditions.
- Click New Template.
- Fill in:
- Name — descriptive ("Refundable Economy, +€200 change fee").
- Product type — Flight.
- Refundability — Refundable / Non-refundable / Partial.
- Change fee — fixed amount or %.
- Change cutoff — hours before departure.
- Cancellation rules — free-text or structured.
- Save. The template now appears in the extension's variant editor for any flight quote — agents pick it from a dropdown instead of typing each field.
Amount-input templates
Some templates include a variable amount (for example, a change fee that differs by fare class). These templates are marked with Amount required in the condition summary chip.
When an agent selects one of these chips in the variant editor:
- An inline amount input appears directly below the chip row.
