Walkthrough — review your own history

  1. Open Policy Violations.
  2. Each card is a past trip of yours that triggered a rule.
  3. Read the rule and the variance to understand what happened.
  4. Look for the resolution chip (“Exception approved by [approver]” or “Downgrade requested”).
  5. If a violation has no resolution, your TMC may still be working it — contact them via the request workspace.
