What you can do here

• See every booking that violates a policy rule, across all your corporates
• Filter by violation type (Budget · Class · Advance Booking · All Types)
• Triage each violation: review the booking, approve an exception, or request a downgrade
• See agency-wide violation trends over 6 months / 12 months / YTD
• Open the underlying policy rule to remind yourself why a violation triggered

Layout

• Header — Policy Violations title, Export and Add Rule buttons.
• Violations list — filter tabs at the top (All Types · Budget · Class · Advance Booking), then a card per violation showing: traveler, route, dates, the rule that triggered, the variance (e.g. “+€350 over budget”), and per-card action buttons (Review Request · Approve Exception · Request Downgrade).
• Policy Rules section — quick-reference of which rules are most-violated, with an Edit Rule button.
• Violation Trends section — chart of violations per month with a 6 Months / 12 Months / YTD toggle.

Walkthrough — triage a budget overrun

1. Open Policy Violations.
2. Click the Budget filter tab.
3. Find the violation card. Read the variance (“$3,250 booked vs $2,500 policy max → +30%”).
