Let your agents sign in with their Microsoft work account, and let your corporate clients do the same.

How TMC SSO works
When SSO is enabled for your agency:
- Agents click Sign in with Microsoft on the Vairo login page.
- They’re redirected to Microsoft, authenticated through your tenant’s normal sign-in flow (password, passkey, MFA), then redirected back to Vairo signed in.
- The email on their Microsoft account must match their Vairo user account.
- Both email/password and Microsoft SSO continue to work — switching to SSO doesn’t lock anyone out who’s been using passwords.
Walkthrough — enable SSO for your agency
This usually happens once at agency onboarding. Skip if your agency was set up with SSO from day one.
- Your Vairo account manager provisions your agency’s Microsoft tenant connection.
- Once connected, the Sign in with Microsoft button appears on the login page automatically.
- Test by signing out and signing in with your Microsoft account.
