• Sign in with the email/password your TMC set up for you
• Sign in with Microsoft 365 (if your company has it enabled)
• Reset a forgotten password

Before you start

Your travel management company (TMC) creates your account. You should receive an invitation email — click the setup link inside it to set your password the first time.

If your employer uses Microsoft 365 for sign-on and has Vairo SSO enabled, you can skip the password setup entirely and use Sign in with Microsoft on the login page.

Walkthrough — sign in

1. Go to https://app.getvairo.com/login.
2. Enter your work email.
3. Enter your password (or click Sign in with Microsoft if SSO is enabled).
4. On success you land on your dashboard.

Walkthrough — reset a forgotten password

1. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
