In-app feedback (recommended)

Both the webapp and the Chrome extension have a feedback button in the top-right of the header.

  1. Click the feedback icon (looks like a small bug 🐞 or speech bubble — depends on the surface).
  2. A short form opens. Pick a type:
  3. Describe what happened in plain English. The more specific, the faster we resolve it.
  4. Optionally paste or attach a screenshot — there’s a paste button on the extension’s feedback modal, very useful for capturing what was on screen.
  5. Submit. The report lands in our internal feedback queue. Critical bugs are typically triaged within hours; ideas within a week.

For corporate users without quick access to the extension, or for billing/account questions: email your TMC contact directly. They have a direct line to Vairo support.
