Before you start
This modal sets policies for one corporate. It overrides your agency-wide policy template, which lives in Settings → Travel Policies. Anything not overridden here falls back to the agency template.
→ See: Travel Policies (agency master template)
Walkthrough
- Open the corporate from the Corporates list.
- Scroll to Travel preferences in the main column and click Edit. The Edit Travel Policies modal opens.
- Set Budget Limits:
- Max Flight Budget — per person, per trip (e.g. 1500 EUR).
- Max Hotel Budget — per night (e.g. 200 EUR/night).
- Set Allowed Cabin Classes. Tick any combination of Economy, Premium Economy, Business, First. Travelers can only request the ticked cabins; agents see a policy alert in the Chrome extension when a quote breaches this.
