Customer Quote View

The public page your customer opens when they click the quote link in their email. This guide is for you, the agent, so you understand the experience you're sending.

Who uses this: TMC agent (reference only — the page is for the traveler/booker) Where to find it: Customers receive a direct link in the quote email. You can preview it from the quote detail page → ⋮ More actions → Preview as customer. Status: Shipped — public page, no login required.

What your customer can do here

• Read the quote in their language, branded with your agency's identity
• Compare every option you sent, side by side
• Message you back inline if they have a question
• Accept one option to move forward, or decline with a reason
• Opt in to carbon-offset compensation if you've enabled it for the trip

Why agents should care

The customer-quote-view is the last impression before booking. Things that go wrong here lose deals:

• A typo in the cover note copy
• Wrong currency or missing taxes on an option
• A broken hotel image or missing map
• Quote sent in the wrong language

Always preview-as-customer (from the quote detail page) before clicking Send quote. It takes 10 seconds and catches every avoidable mistake.
