When a corporate phones, emails, or messages you with a trip request, capture it directly into Vairo without making them log in to submit it themselves.

Layout

The page is a single long form, organised top-down:

  1. Back to Requests link + Create Request for Customer title
  2. Customer picker — button that opens a search modal to find and select a corporate client
  3. Assigned agent card — picker that sets which agent is handling the request; defaults to you (the logged-in agent). Only shown when creating a new standalone request (hidden in linked-trip mode)
  4. Quick Notes card — paste-and-extract shortcut; contains:
  5. Trip details card — the main form:
  6. Save draft + Submit buttons at the bottom
