Layout
- Header — Analytics title + date range selector (7 days · 30 days · 90 days). The selected range applies to every section on the page.
- KPI cards — top-line metrics for the period (count of requests, quotes, bookings, conversion rate, etc.).
- Funnel — visualises the agency funnel: requests → quoted → accepted → booked. Hover any stage for the median time-in-stage.
- Agent productivity — table of agents ranked by output, with an Export CSV button.
- Customer intensity by corporate — which corporates generate the most volume, plus their conversion rates.
