What you can do here
- See the full context of a request: corporate, travelers, preferences, trip details
- Move the request through its lifecycle (Start Processing → Send for Approval → Approve → Mark as Confirmed)
- Add tasks and internal notes
- Communicate with the traveler (Communications tab)
- Attach files
- Audit who did what (Activity tab)
- Check applicable policies
- Open the request in the Chrome extension to build a quote

Layout
The page is two columns plus a sticky header:
Header
- Breadcrumb — Requests /
{request ref} (e.g. RQ-1234)
- Title — auto-generated from the trip (“Brussels → Barcelona, 2026-06-12”)
- Status badge — current lifecycle state
