What you can do here

• Quick-invite a teammate by email and role
• See who’s a member, who’s pending, and who’s disabled
• Filter and search the user list
• Review what each role can do before assigning it

Before you start

You must hold the Admin role to invite or manage users. Agents and Managers can see the team list but can’t add or edit members.

Layout

The page has three tabs at the top:

• Team Members — active and disabled users (default).
• Pending Invites — invites that haven’t been accepted yet.
• Roles & Permissions — read-only overview of what each role gets.

Below the tabs:

• Quick Invite card — one-line invite by email + role.
