Layout
The dashboard is a single scroll, organised into six numbered sections:
- Greeting masthead — “Good morning. {agency name} · Your command center” + today’s date.
- 01 / Today — hero KPI tiles for the current day.
- 02 / Needs your attention — two stacked cards: Triage queue (uncategorised inbound emails) and At-risk SLAs (requests breaching response time).
