Before you start

Your agency admin must have created a user account for you. Vairo is invite-only — there is no self-serve signup at app.getvairo.com.

For Microsoft SSO: your agency admin must have completed the Microsoft 365 setup in Settings → Integrations. If you’re not sure whether SSO is on, just try the Sign in with Microsoft button — if it’s not configured, you’ll be redirected back with an error.

Walkthrough — sign in with email and password

  1. Go to https://app.getvairo.com/login.
  2. Enter your work email in the Email field.
  3. Enter your password. Click the eye icon to show/hide what you typed.
  4. Click Sign in.
  5. On success, you land on the dashboard. On failure, an inline error explains why (wrong password, locked account, etc.).
